My oath it should! Look at STX as an example. They announce the acquisition of WinWin not going ahead. One month later they have a placement to "meet working capital requirements". Six weeks later they announce the acquisition of LPE and the rest is history. Some familiar names involved with both GLN and STX. I'll be interested to see who has become substantial or which substantial holders have increased their holdings. Hopefully the next acquisition announcement is a lot better and goes through this time!
