Most of the 1.5m went to existing sharehders. I know this for a fact.
These things need to be done quickly, in a day so it's the only way it can work.
The 15000 offer through the SPP is probably the average of what the SI got anyway. If you want your 15000 worth apply early .
Sometimes I feel people whinge for the sake of it. Not everyone will apply for the SPP so if you want the shares IMO , apply early and you will get them
