Did you buy at 11c and sell at 4c and want for IBG to fail so you can feel better . Your reading of the articles and subsequent interpretation seems irrationally negative.
It is political and economic suicide for a govt to make one of the countries biggest projects uneconomic - not only will it be a big employer but the revenue to be earned from the corporate tax is very substantial for a country with such a big population
