I don't see how any of this is positive. When the Cleansing notice comes out for these shares, they will be sold all the way down. I can't believe they would do a CR at a 50% discount but it shows low confidence from sophisticated investors. Also it is only adding 1M cash to this company which will be gone soon and another CR in a few months.
