For something like 20mm i would eventually in favour of a sale, 20mm only if no production decision is made
if one is made the price tag should be higher. However i am not primarily in this for the gold royalty as i own a couple of well diversified ones like Franco Nevada.
However they should definitvly keep the 2 Scandium royalties, Scandium is going to boom. I expect prices of 10.000$/kg
over the next couple of years.
