There is a battery which is made from tungsten and fully charges in a few seconds. It can be recharged 30,000 times as opposed to Li battery circa 1,500 times. It’s still in lab trials so at least 5 years away. Article here https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2016/11/161121162043.htm
