    Disgusting, clearly sophisticated investors is code for friends, more than 25% discount and a 1 for 2 option this company is determined to transfer as much retail investor funds to their mates as possible.
    I don't even see what difference a $million or less after fees will make.
    Sometimes the disdain for shareholders is palpable!!!!!
