ML,every announcement since Nor listed has to be taken with a grain of salt.
If you were punting on past performance you would'nt go within coee of this.
I have always been an optimistic skeptic when it comes to Nor.
I have been encouraged by the dogged determination of management to make this work.
However,let's face it,it is a punt!
For me so far so good!
