PLH has a partnership with Shandong Ruifu who is an established Chinese lithium carbonate producer and one of several Chinese companies with a history and expertise in lithium production sourced from lithium mica feedstock . They are providing the metallurgy & processing expertise to PLH in the development of Li2CO3 plant design for incorporation in SS, PFS & DFS.
Europe require Li2CO3 for their EV battery factories hence why PLH is taking this route. PLH has the strong support of the Spanish Government and has a major Spanish construction company (SACYR) as a 25% project shareholder experienced in the development of mines. So PLH has very thoroughly ticked all the boxes and will be probably the first producer of Li2CO3 in the EEC.
Substantial value here and one day the market will recognize it. Until then we watch & wait.
