My guess is that they have a pretty solid estimate of when they'll be able to be net positive from internal operations.
Feels like a bridge to kick start Mt Cobalt further while we patiently wait for that illusive Granville stage 2 up and running update/forecast, which will indicate that the entire business plan can move forward and derisk the whole company significantly.
