You would have to register with patersons, but more particularly the brokers who are working on this deal. Unfortunately you would have missed the boat. They would have fully farmed out the shares by now to the select brokers client by now and waiting for settlement.

It’s all about targeted marketing. Quick raising done in just a few days as oppose to reaching out to the masses.

@leains - the cash raised is $6million. But I would assume Patterson’s would have kept about 10% proceeds as commissions.

Still cheaper than doing a SPP or rights issue. Easier to manage, quicker to settle and less distraction with no assurances of how much they will be able to raise.
