If Paterson's have only sold to their buddy clients rather than advertise the offering to all sophisticated investors registered with them, they have sold our stock for less than what it's actually worth. The larger the net, the more fish you catch.
Funny how there are enough rich ppl who believe that their brokers are able to give them advice to outperform the market.
Quoting Trump..."dumb deal". Just a present for Paterson's and friends. We should have raised the cash with a higher share price even if it meant higher uncertainty and it took longer. There are plenty of high net worth ibg shareholders who are willing to support our company.
