I totally understand the frustration. If this is some small speccy trying to find raise at This level with no clear vision onboard but just to survive I will be pissed off as well.

But the messages so far points toward funding important things to get us to the next level. 20% discount for a quick and easy raise is a reasonable price to pay.

I hope there is a succession of news flow. I remembered once participating in an urgent raise because the company needed money to pay suppliers to finalise the feasibility studies and then the stamp duty shortly after for funding.

I suspect the $6 million raised or $5.4 million after fees must have some purpose that in a few months time, everyone will be glad JD excercise his discretion with this.
