This is an awesome buy opportunity if you have spare cash.
The fundamentals of the business are the same, capital raised oversubscribed, this is merely to push SAS further towards their goal. Once the 20 Pearls are in space, it won't take long for them to be generating substantial revenue.
The tech is derisked, it works and contracts are in place. If you bought in above 15c, you should be VERY happy to buy more at 12c if you believe in this business.
I will be buying more if I find some spare cash.
