This capital raising has the potential to raise $20,000,000 ........83 million shares I've been placed with sophisticated investors raising the first ten million ....sas still have another 83 million shares that they can issue.... that would raise another 10 million ..( 5 million of that is already under written and guaranteed).. so for the share price placement to raise the other 10 million from shareholders would only take 1000 to invest $10,000 each ... SAS has over 6000 shareholders , so has the potential .
Some will take up there 15000, some not .
My wild guess is around 19 million.
