We live for a few more weeks. Chinese all over this
and the last Co. I held when this was the case didn't work to s/h'ers advantage.

" Wolf Petroleum Limited (ASX: WOF) (the Company) is pleased to announce that it has
entered into a binding agreement with an unrelated sophisticated investor, Kam Chi
Trading Company Limited (a company incorporated in Hong Kong) (Investor) to
raise $200,000 by way of a placement.
Under the agreement, the Investor has irrevocably subscribed for 25,000,000 fully
paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.008. The funds raised will be used towards
the Company’s working capital needs.
Once the funds have been received (which under the terms agreed are payable
Friday 1st of June 2018), the shares will be issued using the Company’s capacity
under ASX Listing Rule 7.1.
