Can someone please just serve the board with the notice. We have some really good, exciting project, with great potential, but.... and the but always comes to management.

And they have the nerve to state they don't want to give away competitive advantage by letting the market know what it is doing? How about giving away competitive advantage by sitting on your couches for the past 3 years! Management needs to learn there is such a thing as first to market... or at least, even getting to market in their case...
