I hope if anyone from here is at the AGM they ask the dynamic duo specifically how much of there entitlement they will be taking up?

If they try to say there not eligible etc, then ask them why they didn't structure the offer in a way that would have allowed them to participate fully in it.

The second question is simple, in under 50 days time Syntonic would have been guaranteed $1.5M from Aktay, why on earth would you terminate that agreement? (given its cost us $100,000's to date in time and effort and we've had nothing back and there not even covering our costs to date) isn't it the case this termination is solely about trying to save yourselves from legal action come 1st July 2020
