    Interesting what could happen if the 2 top holders do not take up the "offer"

    Their combined holdings would reduce to 16.43% combined , not to mention the free options.

    And if Mr Dunhill anti's up well then he would be on an almost equal footing as them plus his free options would make him the NO.1 shareholder

    do you all think that will happen
