The last cap raise was a disaster with cheap shares, plus options, and it appeared participants waited about 4 days for the SP to rise and when it did not, began dumping steadily for Months..

This is more like it (at least as it reads), that we didn't flog cheapies off that turn a profit by being dumped a few days later.
