DTR also owns a lot of the equipment so there will be ongoing upgrades and maintenance.

Throw in the fact that they are paying professionals to scan data and plan an exploration program at Colosseum plus the they paid USD500,000 towards the Colosseum transaction and you can see that the money gets used quickly.
