My take on the situation last year Bob, is that the American investors (Drake) were trying to get a big parcel of the company for nothing and the price action around that time was all a power struggle between a few of the bigger groups that resulted in the directors getting a shake up.

The volume behind price action on this stock is so small that I don't really believe you can use it for any kind of analysis (fundamental or otherwise) because even on a very conservative P/E we should be HEAPS higher on the subsidiary company earnings alone.

Honestly, I think this is one of the most manipulated shares that I hold.
