McLarty saved SMN once before and it looks like he is doing it again. I do not begrudge him his fee-which looks to me below normal underwriter fees or the options. Many brokers would charge much more and expect more options.

Price of offer and the options are reasonable given recent ASX prices for most small and some large entities and for the options if you devine the share price post FAA approval which will be many times 90c

I earnestly hope the recent board changes/strategy for future board membership support my confidence. Clearly customers of MacEquity make up a significant proportion of shareholders and must be >5% collectively so there are obviously a lot of shareholders who are Consensus ad idem

I agree this is much better than the original and am fully supportive of it
