    I understand why folks are upset on this one
    However I'd still rather ELE pay the worst case scenario of $1.2m in interest and fees for this $2.5m loan than dilute the register by ~7%.

    I got 10 bucks that says the loan is paid off within 12 months.

    Still voting No to convert those notes
