    i gotta agree re paying it off early, 20% is eye gauging and seems like a poor play (i genuinely have no idea on the subject of loans or commercial finance, im just trying to use some logic to piece it together)

    would make sense if they offered 20% knowing once the wheels are rolling with terrirtory minerals, paying it back wont be an issue?
