Staggering lengths gone to attempting to justify this terrible deal for shareholders
if you love the company and believe in its future so strongly why are you happy to give away shares at a discount for cash we don’t need - makes no sense
stop dreaming for a second and put a stop to the dilution or regardless of the prize at the end the only ones that will cash in are the board, mgt and their cronies
you all need to wake up and stop being blinded by hope and wishful thinking or putting blind faith in management or fear of possible takeovers it’s nonsense
