If I was merciful, the only person I might give a pass to on that list is Libby Roy. I think she was handed a poison chalice after being sold a pup. BVS was in big trouble long before she took over. However, the former CEO and all those other invisible cockroaches who have been on the BVS board for 2+ years have blood on their hands for the destruction of this company. They are an absolute disgrace and should never be able to serve on the board of any company ever again.
