So I called Bravura's Investor relations to find out what actually happened to the conference call:

I said to him that the original link to the conference call didn't work, and then another link was posted at 12:37pm, 37 minutes after the call was meant to start.

He found this really funny. I kid you not. He started laughing. "I know" he said. "It's been a mess I'm afraid". He then went on to say that it was Macquarie's fault because they had caused a hold up with the release of the 2023 financials and he offered to send me a recording of the meeting. He said the recording will soon be posted to the Bravura website as well.

I asked why the call ended before the capital raising was covered. He said the capital raising was never going to be covered in the call!!!!! It was only a call to cover the results.

I stopped listening. I said to him that it is astounding that on the day the company announces a disasterous result, that will drastically dilute existing shareholders and more than half the share price, that the company can't even manage to present it's terrible results to shareholders

I said I guess that it's representative of the overall incompetence and lack of transparency that has lead the organization to where it is today.

He said he was sorry I felt that way and again offered to email me the recording of the conference call. Pathetic!
