I'm a little confused.
There seems to be some good news. Bravura was able to raise $43M from an Institutional Entitlement Offer, in addition to the $23M from an Institutional Placement.
So they have raised $66M BEFORE going to retail investors for the the hoped for $57M.
Which means they only need $14M from retail investors?
