This is the issue isn't it. What is their strategy now? Even their cost cutting looks inadequate as the company will still be losing money.
The whole microservices strategy via acquisition and internal development is a failure. The move to SaaS half-hearted. Too much development time spent on customer specific work and not the core which can be used across customers.
Outsourcing work to India and Poland won't delight customers. No new sales on the horizon.
Their existing large customers are stuck with them which they need to exploit.
They should just focus on registries and exit unprofitable markets and products. Radically downsize the business.
