Also, beware a listed company that hits turbulent times - then is opportunistically taken private - then dressed up over a few years - and then refloated on the ASX. This is what private equity player Ironbridge did with Bravura when it bought it in 2013.
A similar story occurred with Dick Smith. Hopefully Bravura does not chart the same course as Dick Smith.
