Management have been terrible. In my opinion, dishonest and verging on actively covering up the company's financial woes.
However, to a large extent, the company is now under new management. From the Bravura 1H23 Results presentation:
New Hires - Senior Roles:
CEO - Libby Roy - August 2022
CTO - Adam Warwick - January 2023
CFO - Brent Henley - Removed from CFO role January 2023. Should have been sacked, but Libby moved him to a newly created CCO role. Search for new CFO is still happening.
COO - Yaiza Luengo March 2023
MD EMEA - Chris Spencer - Nov 2022
Chief of Strategy, Marketing and Corporate Operations – Justin Morgan - Oct 2022
All hired/fired since Libby Roy took over in August last year.
