This needs a deal, or at least more credible suggestions that a deal is coming. The recent copper price spike is very good for the company but if not producing, pretty meaningless.
The recent price spike on ANX would have been almost entirely due to many people (myself included) expecting a deal was forthcoming. Now there's doubt after how the raise was handled. Not here to complain about it because it's done and I hope this goes well (I have not sold a single share) but I'm not jumping to buy this even despite the cheap prices.
I would love to see management take full advantage of this macro. It's in their favour, get a deal done.
Disclaimer: Obviously I know deals take time and I don't expect to see it done instantly, but I do want to see progress. They have serious leverage right now due to market conditions and should be taking full advantage of this. It was not too long ago the shoe was on the other foot and miners struggled in these negotiations.
