Especially the low capex of only $70 million compared with others in the same sector, the next few months will be very exciting indeed , DYOR , and this is not financial advice, at this stage its low/medium risk high reward .
There is a reason why this CR was only offered to Institutional and sophisticated investors, they usually hold longer term and don't just flip for 10 or 20% but for like 100% plus they are looking at.
