Well - up until now I've been very impressed with management. My last post on DDT on this forum was pointing out how they have gone after other applications outside of the auto industry, they have cut costs, all seemed to be working well.

This announcement exactly AT the close of trade yesterday though (went into pre-open during the closing auction), a single sentence about capital raising, no explanation, is very bizarre.

Up until now, there has been no indication of a need for additional funds. What do they want it for?? They've just moved into profit, so to come out with a note about capital raising surely can't be good.

And then not to offer additional explanation about WHY they are doing this is just not cricket. What are they hiding?

I'm coming to the conclusion that the ASX is an absolute joke market, with corporate crooks essentially running the show. This latest DDT announcement doesn't help.
