IMO this is a very poor decision by management. To raise capital when not needed and to place to a mix of wholesale and retail investors prior to metallurgicals is very poor judgement.

These guys may be able to drill a hole in the ground, but making corporate mistakes like this is unforgiveable. The stock IMO has not gone to safe hands, but people who want to make a quick buck. Safe hands would be 1 strategic investor wanting in cheap so that this investor would help fork out cash for capex.
