I've said it before and will say it again. Convertible! Debt characteristics with a healthy rate but also the right to convert to equity at a healthy share price if/when approval comes through.
It manages funding requirements, while also limiting dilution and also sends a positive sign to the faithful that an insto has down the work and believes in the dream. Makes way more sense than a straight cap raise.
