Well i'm happy us holders are being given some shares in CAJ atleast i'll get a bit of money back from this disaster. As for the sale of pretty much the only thing we had left, not much i can say to that i'll tell when i see the direction if any after this.


Q: Am I right that what CAJ is buying is the majority of IMI's business (minus this inteliheart machine thing).

A:Correct(you don't want the intelliheart thing useless)

Q: Do any of you know why IMI hasn't been making profit from the radiology businesses?

A: IMI paid out Mark Scott Imaging with like a gazillion shares taking over all operations i think last year. As far as i know MSI was a profitable business on it's own, since the takeover well not much time has passed so no progress or news filtered through to us shareholders until recently.I'd be confident that it will be profitable to CAJ and picked up cheaply due to our desperate nature.

Don't get too excited majority of holders will dump straight away to gain some money back. Personally i'm undecided whether i'll dump straight away, i think i may hold onto them and see how CAJ evolves in the next year.
