These were carry-over losses from MHM that were unable to be offset against earnings in the new entity VYS.
They have been written off now to tidy up the ledger going forward.
There is no effect at all on current or future SP or profitability, we've just lost the opportunity to pay less tax because the old and new business are in different categories.
