I sometimes pop over to pcl to see what's going on. More curiosity than anything else. With their 6 billion+ shares, no money, and an unknown licence, I'd say the share has got way less backing it than their .001 share price. Could always drop to zero.
Yet listening to them the price could triple or more just by neighbouring leases finding something (whenever they eventually get drilled)
Guess if they find some suckers they could double their money by not doing a thing. If they eventually do drill one year before losing their licence, it might generate some real interest. Good luck to them.
