JC was growing the business at an unsustainable pace and not as methodical or analytical as AH. Growth for the sake of growth is not encouraged but if they've done their due diligence and can make it work with synergies as well - kudos! I imagine it's both a very consistent industry with predictable sales (defensive) but also a tough industry to grow organically so growth by acquisition seems logical.
Fingers crossed the half yearly gives us a nice little boost to shake some of those sellers off.
