I tend to agree that Olympic Park is a prime candidate for,sale and that it has been a disappointment for Capitol compared to Primary's Bridge Road which has two MRI apparatus running all day and evenings on full and partial licence. Also Primary has the Avenue Hospital on a Full MRI and being hospital based has locked up all of the specialists who are mainly orthopaedic and loyal to the reporting radiologists. Both sites get community based walk ins as well. A lot of the Epworth outpatient and specialist business went to Bridge Rd and it is handy to East Melbourne medical precinct. You generally have to pay a toll to get to Olympic park or battle city road swan street traffic.

The only thing Olympic Park has going for it is that the occasional Collingwood, Melbourne Storm or Melbourne City player may get examined and the clubs not Medicare pay for those examinations. OH I forgot Collingwood fans and players have occasional,OPG to remind them they have no teeth.
