agree ... a slightly more pleasant read than past announcements and something to wait for in terms of news ... market still doesn't believe them yet. Still trading under cash backing? no price factored in for any revenue upside or the assets themselves either from what I can tell. Seeing as they sold off a 'non-performing' asset for over $6M from memory. Surely the ground is worth more than our market cap ..... maybe they need to change the company constitution to a real estate play? lol
still frustrating .... but a flicker of hope.
