Auckland Airport lodges High Court approval of capital return with New
Zealand Companies Office
Auckland Airport confirms that it has today lodged with the New Zealand
Companies Office the final orders of the High Court approving the scheme of
arrangement to return approximately $454 million of capital to shareholders.
A copy of the final orders are also attached to this Media Release.
