Further to the announcement released by Smartpay Holdings Limited (SPY) on
Tuesday, 6 August 2013, regarding the resolution to undertake 2:1
consolidation of SPY ordinary shares.
Please be advised that SPY ordinary shares will be placed in a trading halt
from pre-market open on Friday, 16 August 2013 to allow clearing and
settlement to be completed before the consolidation.
Trading in SPY ordinary shares will resume from market open on Thursday, 22
August 2013.
