Also, if the land is so hot, then why didn't enr, wa1 or another Co snap up the land for themselves or at the very least do a deal/ JV with bmg?
I gather it's because the current hype surrounding WA1 is just that. Hype and nothing more.
Even if bmg put the word out there for a CR specifically for W. Arunta, they'd EASILY raise you would think. There's obviously something not right here if BMG rejected it.
