No, Capricorn defines the Members are the ones that have a Capricorn trade account for purchases. Then they have preferred suppliers as a different category. Some Members are also preferred suppliers though, but not all preferred suppliers are members. As I understand it the DSD project was principally focused on the supplier side, whereas this initiative is focused on the member side. So Spenda will capture both ends of the supply chain of Capricorn through DSD and SwiftStatement.
