I believe this is only one part of the DSD
this announcement talks about the software fees only and does not talk about the member payments to suppliers which is according to Capricorn's own documents states, that value to be at $270m a month.
I think we will get more news regarding this soon if at all, im very interested to know.
so if SAAS fees once all implemented is = 30,000 x $90 (non GST) = $32.4M PER YEAR
now we have a lending book which came out positive of $625,000 which last Q was $1.9m, hopefully we should see that grow over time
Then we have the processing, last Q, Total Payment Volume was $ 70m and cash rec % was at 2.6% = $1.8m
So if we just look at the numbers and nothing else, then this announcement takes out a lot of risk for investors
The company is bringing more into the fold and honestly I think todays announcement is only the beginning
Just my thoughts, just thought i would share them
