I don’t mean to offend, but you do have it totally wrong. I won’t go into too much detail here as it’s not the right forum to do it, but I’ll be happy to show you in detail if you jump over to the CHM thread, if you are interested that is.
But in short, a licensing agreement was made between CHM and City of Hope for an asset, in this case certain IP over CLTX. What that means is that CHM has full rights to any future revenue generated from the IP and or if they choose to sell the technology to a big pharma. In return CHM paid City of Hope an upfront fee, and will pay milestones as we progress the trials and approvals. We also pay them a royalty if we do generate sales.

In relation to today’s announcement from CHM had nothing to do with the rights to our two assets. It was basically outsourcing the clinical research i.e. co-ordinating the clinical trial on CHM’s behalf. So the setting up of clinical trial sites, recruiting patients, keeping all the records etc.
