Definitely have to work out funding (debt, equity etc), however if they get to the point of securing or even chasing those funds post the PFS confirming the current metrics I'd be super surprised if it was being done at current levels.
This is in essence the massive positive of being currently funded right through to final investment decision ($4m odd in the bank)
